Here's some photos of us when we lived near St. Tropez in France for a long hot summer. Quite a long time ago by the way....

. . . The Highliners relaxing on a beach with friends and our '64 Volks'

 

. . . The Highliners We went to the south of France for the summer without any gigs organised, so we took to the streets of St. Tropez

 

. . . Our pink '64 Volks served us well and took us and many others who squeezed in, all over the mainland of Europe

 

We played in bars and clubs about five nights a week, and were seen by thousands, often thanks to posters like this

 

. . . . We advertised in unusual places. . . like the sea
